Kirill Polishkin, an investment banker who played a key role in the creation of Sberbank CIB in 2012, together with like-minded colleagues Andrey Goncharenko and Sergey Nunuparov, has founded an investment group under the PSK-Solutions brand.
The activities of PSK-Solutions focus on major projects in private equity, M&A transactions, restructuring, and debt financing. One of the group’s key areas of expertise is providing professional services in crisis and turnaround management for large Russian public and private companies. The group’s project footprint spans the core regions of its clients’ and partners’ presence, extending beyond the borders of the Russian Federation.
Strategic development of the group is jointly led by Kirill Polishkin, Andrey Goncharenko, also a former Sberbank CIB executive, and Sergey Nunuparov, who previously worked at Alvarez & Marsal. Andrey holds the position of Deputy CEO and oversees the control and operational management of the group’s investment assets. Sergey, as Managing Director, leads key M&A and restructuring projects.
In March 2025, the team welcomed Anatoliy Dmitrienko, who held senior positions at Sberbank for over twenty years, twelve of which were with Sberbank CIB. As Deputy CEO, Anatoly is responsible for strategy, processes, and risk management.
The PSK-Solutions team brings extensive experience from leading Russian investment banks and global consulting firms. Collectively, team members have completed several hundred transactions and projects in the fields of investment, restructuring, and capital raising for major companies in both Russian and international markets. Since the company’s founding, the team has executed more than 20 investment banking deals, including the acquisition of Caterpillar’s machine-building plants in Tosno, with a total value exceeding RUB 500 billion.
