The PSK-Solutions Group announces the appointment of Nikolay Nazarov as Managing Director. In his new role, he will be responsible for developing the firm’s M&A advisory and transaction execution practice, as well as overseeing a number of strategic projects currently being implemented by the group.

Nikolay Nazarov brings more than 20 years of experience in M&A transactions, capital raising, investment management, strategic advisory, and operational and financial restructuring. Over the course of his career, he has developed deep industry expertise across multiple sectors, including financial services, FMCG, IT, e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, transportation and logistics, intelligent transport systems, telecommunications, as well as selected segments of industrial and extractive industries.

Nikolay specializes in M&A transactions, post-merger integration (PMI) projects, corporate strategy development, and the execution of strategic initiatives.
