On September 8, the PSK-Solutions team took part in Sber’s third annual forum, “Art of Transformation. The Path to Operational Efficiency” — a gathering of executives and experts focused on the evolution of business operating models, digital transformation, and the practical application of artificial intelligence.

This year’s agenda centered on the transition from isolated GenAI experiments to its systematic integration into business processes. Participants discussed how to identify hidden operational inefficiencies, prepare processes, data and corporate knowledge for the use of AI and AI agents, scale successful solutions, and achieve measurable economic impact from technology adoption. Particular attention was also paid to the changing role of business leaders and to managing organizational transformation.

Executives from Sber and major Russian companies, including representatives of the industrial, retail and other sectors, shared practical cases and experience. One of the key themes was a fundamental shift in the approach to AI: technology alone does not deliver transformation. Results depend on the quality of processes and data, the management model, and the organization’s ability to embed change into day-to-day operations.

For PSK-Solutions, participation in the forum provided an opportunity to benchmark our own approaches to business transformation and the implementation of AI tools against the practices of leading companies, as well as to discuss new models for improving operational efficiency.
