PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE

Alexander has been working at PSK-Solutions since its foundation. His specialization includes corporate and commercial law, as well as complex and unique deals. He supports all deals at PSK-Solutions related to law, including M&A, litigation and problem projects, corporate restructuring, deals with foreign companies leaving the Russian market, establishment of joint ventures, etc.

Alexander has 20+ years of experience as a lawyer. Before joining PSK-Solutions, he practiced law in leading Russian and foreign law firms, such as Baker McKenzie, Morgan Lewis, and Dewey & LeBoeuf, as well as in the corporate sector, including financial and oil & gas companies.

Alexander is also the founder and partner of a private law firm, where he focuses on labor and corporate law practices, providing legal services in the Russian and CIS markets.
