PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE

Andrey is currently the Deputy General Director and Senior Advisor at PSK-Solutions. He specializes in debt financing and restructuring, and is also responsible for the supervision and management of investment assets at PSK-Solutions.

Before joining PSK-Solutions, he worked for over 20 years at Sberbank PJSC, where he headed one of the bank’s largest departments for lending and project-based financing. Under his management, a loan portfolio of more than $100 billion was formed. In addition, he also supervised the operations of the Department for working with the bank’s distressed assets, restructuring, collecting problem debts, etc.

Andrey was a member of the board of directors of one of the largest operators of shopping malls, where he implemented a bankruptcy prevention project and prepared the Group to attract a new investor.
