At PSK-Solutions, Denis currently holds the position of the Investment Manager, specializing in M&A implementation, independent business reviews (IBRs), and analysis of investment opportunities.

Before joining PSK-Solutions, he worked in the corporate finance sector, Russian and international consulting, as well as in the pharmaceutical industry, where he was focusing on the pharmaceutical market analysis, optimization of corporate portfolios and support of portfolio M&A deals with Russian and foreign partners (searching for potential partners in the M&A market, conducting negotiations and supporting in-licensing and out-licensing deals worth more than $100 million).

While working at Alvarez&Marsal, an international consulting company, Denis successfully developed and implemented a number of initiatives to improve the operational efficiency of one of the largest Russian retail chains (with the annual turnover of over $15 billion), and also completed a project to restructure Eurobonds of a well-known Russian issuer ($750 million).
