At PSK-Solutions, he currently holds the position of the Investment Director, specializing in M&A deals, restructuring, independent business reviews (IBRs), and analysis of investment opportunities.

Before joining PSK-Solutions, Dmitry worked for over 7 years in the business restructuring practice at Alvarez&Marsal, an international consulting company, where he implemented various projects related to financial restructuring, interim management, liquidity management and financial control, operational efficiency, and PMO.

At PSK-Solutions, Dmitry supported a deal to acquire a foreign company worth over 10 billion rubles, was responsible for restarting the business of a portfolio company, and also participated in the implementation of several successful deals to restructure the debt portfolio of Russian manufacturing companies.
