Joined the PSK-Solutions team in 2025. Specializes in mergers and acquisitions projects, corporate strategy development, and analysis of new investment opportunities. Experienced in building financial models, conducting business valuations, preparing materials for investment and credit committees, and performing industry market analysis.

Prior to joining PSK-Solutions, worked at DRT (formerly Deloitte) in the business valuation department, where was responsible for company valuations, preparing reports for M&A and corporate restructuring purposes, as well as analyzing financial and operational performance. Also specializes in marketing and consumer analytics, including research of market trends, competitive landscape, and consumer behavior.
