A co-founder of PSK-Solutions. Kirill focuses on restructuring, attracting debt raising for the largest borrowers in the Russian and CIS markets, as well as on complex restructuring transactions, business transformation deals, and Private Equity. In addition, he provides strategic support for all major deals at the Company.

Taking into account deals closed before founding of PSK-Solutions, Kirill has closed 28 deals for our Partners. Kirill believes that joint businesses are run not by Companies, but by smart and seasoned personalities. Long-term partnerships and the win-win concept are the basis of everything else.

Before founding PSK-Solutions, he worked at Sberbank for over 20 years, where he teamed up with like-minded people to redefine the bank’s business model for working with corporate clients. As a result, the bank has switched from a product-oriented to a customer-oriented model of working with clients. And one of the key changes was the introduction of Client Managers responsible for comprehensive work with their clients, which eventually led to the emergence of SberCIB.

At SberCIB, he created and fully operationalized the duties and processes of the client management service and then remained responsible for working with the Bank’s largest clients for five years. The model and core processes were later extended to the Bank’s large and medium-sized clients. These changes proved their success and effectiveness over time: similar models of work were later adopted at most Russian banks. He was also actively involved and served as Deal Captain for the most significant and famous deals of SberCIB — more than a hundred successfully closed deals in total.

Previously, he was responsible for managing the Bank’s liquidity and headed the Board of Directors of SberLeasing. Thanks to the relaunch carried out under Kirill’s leadership, SberLeasing (formerly a Russian-German leasing company from TOP-15/20 according to industry ratings at the time when the changes began) entered the TOP-3 players in the Russian leasing market.

He was a member of the Credit Committee, the Group Risk Committee, and the Bank’s Distressed Assets Committee. Kirill was also awarded the Sberbank Silver Badge.
Presently, he also heads the Board of Directors of a large Russian commercial real estate operator (more than one million square meters).
