PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE

Ksenia has been working at PSK-Solutions since its foundation. She provides legal support for most of the Company’s projects, including legal structuring of investment projects, development of SPAs, SHAs and other documents for deals carried out by PSK-Solutions and our partners.

Before joining PSK-Solutions, Ksenia worked for more than 20 years at leading Russian and international consulting companies, including Dewey&LeBoeuf, an international law firm where she headed the real estate practice, as well as at Linklaters, CMS Cameron McKenna, Ernst&Young, and Arthur Andersen. She also headed the legal department at Jones Lang LaSalle in Russia and the CIS for 1.5 years.

Ksenia is also a partner at a private law firm, where she specializes in supporting Russian real estate companies.
