PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE

Over 20 years of experience in M&A transactions, capital raising, investment management, strategic advisory, and corporate restructuring. Throughout his career, he has developed strong industry expertise across a wide range of sectors, including financial services, FMCG, IT, e-commerce, pharmaceuticals, transport and logistics, intelligent transport systems, telecommunications, as well as selected segments of industrial and extractive industries.

He has played a leading role in the execution of numerous high-profile transactions, including traditional M&A deals, complex leveraged buyouts (LBOs), and transactions involving public capital markets. In addition to large-scale corporate transactions, he has been directly involved in the development and financing of several venture projects in Russia and internationally.

Prior to joining PSK-Solutions, he spent more than three and a half years at Arthur Consulting (formerly the Moscow office of Arthur D. Little), where he led strategic advisory projects focused on corporate strategy development, post-merger integration (PMI), operational transformation, and efficiency improvements, including initiatives driven by digital solutions.
