Philip Yalovega

Managing Director

PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE

As part of the PSK team, Philip is responsible for M&A transactions, equity financing and international operations. He has over 30 years of executive experience in major Russian and international companies, as well as in creating and developing his own businesses.

An experienced executive and expert in corporate finance, strategic consulting, and business restructuring, he specialized in business development/ restructuring, M&A transactions, private equity fund management and strategic consulting.

Philip has held executive positions at companies such as Bank Trust, VimpelCom (Beeline) and Gazprom-Media (NTV Plus, NTV Mir). He was responsible for corporate finance and M&A transactions at Sberbank Capital and Taiga Capital and provided strategic consulting at Bain & Company and Price Waterhouse. He also took active role in managing the Sputnik Funds investment fund.

He has served on the boards of directors of major telecommunications and media holdings and companies.
