PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE

Sergey joined PSK-Solutions in early 2023. He specializes in M&A deals, restructuring, independent business reviews (IBRs), and analysis of investment opportunities, and is also responsible for the implementation of most key M&A projects.

Before joining PSK-Solutions, he worked for over 15 years in the Russian corporate finance sector, international consulting companies, and banks, as well as in the agricultural and oil refining industries, where he focused on business restructuring and transformation deals, attracting private and debt financing, and supporting projects to improve operational efficiency for clients from Russia, the CIS, and Europe.

While working in the banking sector, Sergey was a member of the board of directors of subsidiaries and affiliates, participated in operational and strategic support of subsidiaries and took part in bankruptcy projects and the sale of distressed assets. The total bank’s portfolio of distressed and non-core assets under his management exceeded 100 billion rubles.
