Operations Director

PROFESSIONAL EXPERTISE

At PSK-Solutions, Yulia is the Operations Director and Senior Advisor to the General Director. She provides in-house consultations on strategy and project management, and is also responsible for interaction with government regulatory bodies (the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, the Ministry of Finance, etc.).

Before founding PSK-Solutions, Yulia held senior positions in various departments of Sberbank for over 20 years: in particular, she headed the department of segment analytics and product management of CIB, the department of transaction business and fund-raising, and the department of operations with the Central Bank of the Russian Federation. Yulia leaded some major projects, such as the development of Sberbank’s transaction platform, the customer experience management system, the sales structuring system for the largest clients, and more. In addition, Yulia was a member of Sberbank’s corporate business committee.

Together with other partners, she is a co-founder of PSK-Solutions.
