A co-founder of PSK-Solutions. As part of our team, Zalina focuses on the development and implementation of HR strategies, auditing, and optimization of HR processes.

Before founding PSK-Solutions, she was the Head of HR Departments at the largest Russian banks, where she implemented HR strategies and supported employees of other departments on all HR-related aspects, managed business reorganization and optimization projects, supervised the integration of departments between legal entities, consulted Heads of other departments on all HR-related aspects and Russian labor laws, as well as managed a team of HR business partners and corporate universities.

After more than 10 years of successful work in HR departments of the largest Russian banks (Sberbank, Uralsib, Promsvyazbank, Citibank Russia), she decided to team up with other business partners and establish PSK-Solutions.
