Situation:

This client of PSK-Solutions is one of the leading supermarket chains in Russia. The company had never used a loan portfolio before, and therefore had no credit history or experience in attracting debt financing.

PSK-Solutions’ role:

Our team analyzed business processes and developed approaches to preparing forms of financial and operational reports for the business;
Based on the conducted analysis, we restructured the client’s business processes and built a reporting system to meet the requirements of banks;
We developed a financial model for the business and identified the optimal credit load;
PSK-Solutions initiated communications between the client’s business and leading Russian banks;
With the support of our team, all credit and security documents were agreed upon and signed on optimal terms and conditions for the client.

Results:

Our team developed an internal reporting system that significantly increased the business transparency. Thanks to our support, the client established cooperation with the largest commercial bank in Russia and gained the opportunity to attract credit funds for business development. As a result of direct cooperation with PSK-Solutions, the client attracted 7+ billion rubles in total.
