Situation:

This client of PSK-Solutions was one of the largest vertically integrated power-generation holdings in the CIS. The client needed to restructure their loan portfolio.

We developed and proposed to the client options for possible structures and restructuring parameters;
Under the guidance of PSK-Solutions, a set of credit and security documents was successfully agreed upon and signed with the most favorable conditions for the client.

The liabilities were successfully restructured exactly as the client expected. The key goal of the restructuring was to extend the existing credit line for two years and update the repayment schedule accordingly.
