Restructuring of the debt portfolio for $0.5 billion

Situation:

This client of PSK-Solutions was a company that managed one of the Russian airports. The company needed to restructure its debts due to significant changes in the structure and volume of services caused by COVID-19.

Our team enabled the client with full support of restructuring of the debt portfolio: from preparing a financial model to conducting negotiations and coordinating and signing a set of documents for the deal.

Results:

The direct participation of PSK-Solutions helped sign the loan and security documents and successfully complete the restructuring in the shortest possible time. One of the main difficulties of the deal successfully address by our team was the conversion of foreign currency liabilities into rubles at a favorable rate and using an optimal interest rate. The client gained an unprecedentedly low interest rate for this loan. The annual savings for the client exceeded 600 million rubles.
