Complex structured refinancing of liabilities for 25+ billion rubles
Situation:
This client of PSK-Solutions, one of the leaders in the commercial real estate market in Russia, needed to carry out scheduled restructuring of their loan portfolio.

- Our team prepared a financial model that met the bank’s requirements and set up a constructive communication between the teams from the very beginning of the process;
- On our part, we proposed an optimal financing structure, including derivatives, as well as individual terms for each tranche. As a result, the client obtained a rate that was significantly lower than the market one;
- PSK-Solutions also helped resolve disputes regarding the assessment of collateral, which made it possible to increase the loan amount with a minimal increase of the collateral;
- Under the supervision of our team, a full set of credit and security documents was agreed upon and signed, including documents related to the use of derivatives.
