Deep business restructuring
Situation:
Shareholders of a company producing premium alcoholic beverages asked us to conduct a comprehensive diagnosis of their business.
PSK-Solutions’ role:
- Our team conducted an independent business review (IBR) and revealed the need to take urgent measures to prevent bankruptcy. In particular, the existing management team appeared unable to manage the company effectively, which led to systematic losses and potential bankruptcy;
- Our team acted as a crisis manager for the business on behalf of shareholders. Over the course of 10 months, a set of initiatives was implemented to improve the financial situation on the manufacturing site;
- In addition to restoring profitability, PSK-Solutions also helped shareholders conduct successful negotiations with former partners regarding division of their business.
Results:
A complete restructuring of the operational unit and change of the management team were carried out. The client gained the opportunity to save their business. As a result of the work of our team, shareholders got rid of operating losses and achieved stable profit for the first time in 10 years.
