This deal to acquire production assets in the steel industry was worth RUB 90+ billion
Situation:
This client of PSK-Solutions was one of the largest vertically integrated mining and steel manufacturing holdings in Russia. The client asked PSK-Solutions to support the purchase of assets.

Our team ensured the successful closing of the turnkey asset purchase deal. In particular, the team set up the competitive process and collected commercial quotations from several banks to obtain financing quickly and with the most favorable conditions for the client.
